Return & Replacement Policy – Grozcigo
At Grozcigo, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products. This
policy outlines the conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect or not as described.
  • The request for return or replacement is made at the time of delivery or within 1
    hour of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products returned after the allowed time window (1 hour post-delivery).
  • Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
  • Fresh produce that is rejected based on appearance alone (unless spoiled or
    rotten).

Return/Replacement Process

  • Customers must contact our customer support team to raise a return or
    replacement request.
  • Photo or video proof may be required to verify the claim.
  • Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest possible time or
    the amount will be refunded (as per the Refund Policy).

Mode of Replacement

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
  • If the item is unavailable, a substitute may be offered or a refund will be initiated.
