Return & Replacement Policy – Grozcigo
At Grozcigo, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products. This
policy outlines the conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, spoiled, or expired at the time of delivery.
- The product received is incorrect or not as described.
- The request for return or replacement is made at the time of delivery or within 1
hour of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products returned after the allowed time window (1 hour post-delivery).
- Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
- Fresh produce that is rejected based on appearance alone (unless spoiled or
rotten).
Return/Replacement Process
- Customers must contact our customer support team to raise a return or
replacement request. - Photo or video proof may be required to verify the claim.
- Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest possible time or
the amount will be refunded (as per the Refund Policy).
Mode of Replacement
- Replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
- If the item is unavailable, a substitute may be offered or a refund will be initiated.
