At Grozcigo, we strive to ensure a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience for all
our customers. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and
cancellations are permitted.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or rotten at the time of delivery.
- Proof of the issue (such as photos or videos) must be provided at the time of
delivery or within 1 hour of delivery.
Refund Method: - Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (for
online payments). - For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be provided as store credit or through
bank transfer, as agreed upon with the customer.
Non-Refundable Conditions: - Change of mind after receiving the order.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the quality of the product.
- Complaints raised after the allowed reporting time frame.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only under the following terms:
- Cancellation must be requested within 5 minutes of placing the order.
- Cancellations are only accepted via direct communication with our customer
support executive. Messages or emails alone will not be considered valid for
cancellation unless confirmed by our team.
If the cancellation is confirmed within the allowed time frame, no charges will be
applied.
